SunTree Property Management Program
SunTree Realty’s Property Management Program services the Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek areas. Our office is located on Riggs Road between McQueen and Cooper Roads.
We offer owners a one year management agreement which includes maintenance, inspections, cleaning and pest spraying services in addition to an aggressive advertising program to find and maintain tenants for your property.
We manage both furnished and unfurnished properties for both long and short term leases.
We have an established winter rental clientele for the furnished properties which we manage, with last year’s tenants leaving applications for the next year when they leave. We have an above-average occupancy rating with these furnished homes during the January-March season, with 100% occupancy in February. We are seeing more of our repeat clientele coming earlier and staying later this year.
We also have a steady clientele of tenants looking to lease short term unfurnished - six to nine months while building a new home in our area and good success in keeping our long term unfurnished homes rented.
If you have an unfurnished home available for lease, we will meet with you and provide you with a Comprehensive Market Analysis which will assist you in setting your rental rate at a marketable level.
With your permission, your property will display the SunTree For Rent sign to catch drive by prospects. Our office is manned seven days a week to answer those inquiries.
