Property Management Information
SunTree Realty is the Southeast Valley of the Sun’s premier, licensed , full-time Property Management and Rental company, that manages residential properties for individual owners. We manage both furnished and unfurnished properties for short-term vacation rental and long-term leases. We offer a variety of residential properties in all areas of the valley.
Furnished Vacation accommodations range from one bedroom/one bath units to spacious two bedroom/two bath plus den homes. They are all single level units, fully furnished and equipped including linens, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glasses, color TV, etc. Most units have dishwashers, washers and dryers. There are also Laundromat facilities located in some complexes. Furnished properties may be rented by the month, season or year.
Since all properties are privately owned, we cannot make changes to the furnishing and accessories. Prior arrangements are required for weekly maid service at an additional charge. Cleaning and laundering are the responsibility of the tenant during the term of their lease.
Unfurnished units are available for annual or semi-annual lease. Details will be provided upon request.
