Furnished Rental Rates

Rates are based on size, location, amenities, furnishings and length of stay. Unfurnished rental homes are also available.

All utilities and basic cable, except telephone long distance, are included in the rental rate for "High" or "Mid Season" which is defined as any time during the months of October through April.

No Utilities are included in the rent table for "Summer Season (u)" or "Long Term Rentals (u)". "Summer Season (u)" is defined as any time during the months of May through September. "U" means tenant pays utilities.

All rates are monthly rates based on 1- or 2-person occupancy. More than 2 person occupancy requires prior permission from the home owner and extra charges will apply.

Reservations for extra weeks beyond one month, if available, will be at a weekly rate.
